As the coordinator for a think tank which occurs to operate online, I am constantly speaking to innovators, inventors, and creative geniuses about their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit some of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make lots of sense, and some of them might even change the way we live. Often they solve the issue within our society or civilization, or they make an organization better, or make our everyday life little easier.
They are saying that; “necessity will be the mother of invention,” there may well be a good quantity of truth to that particular, a minimum of from my own, personal observations and experiences. And every time we appear to have a problem, someone comes along with a solution, and an invention or innovation to go in addition to it. However, before they are able to place their invention towards the marketplace, they need to go and acquire Idea Inventhelp. It’s amazing just how much it costs to have an actual patent filed, to perform the patent search, to fill in each of the paperwork, and you then need to wait.
We hear a whole lot in our society about “winning the future” as well as that appears to strike a chord with America, we are saying yes, we wish to progress mankind, we wish our nation to get on the leading edge while we go into the future, and that we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to travel on the market and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and I feel that Americans are prepared to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for people to make them jump through so many hoops, and to create 1000s of dollars to submit a patent, that money could be used designing their first prototype inside their garage.
It seems like our society is busy crushing small business entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism for free political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. We have been doing everything on the planet to crush the tiny guy, then we have been asking that middle-class, those producers to cover more in taxes. Are you kidding me? Apparently not! We are resulted in believe that that’s how you can move our nation forward. I would say to you personally America – that it’s not.
Recently I read a very interesting article within the LA times, inside the small business section on July 11, 2011. The content was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Alter the System to Paper Those First to File Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The content noted that the average patent took 33.9 months to achieve, and that the Inventhelp Tech and Trademark Office has a backlog since May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are very scary, much more scary compared to cost to submit a concept patent, when you obtain finished with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, and the filing fees – basically, you’re easily taking a look at between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. Without a patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China and then sell it off all over the world. It doesn’t make sense to participate in in a game that is rigged.
Worse, there exists a terrible downside to intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And when our company is to win the future, we need to protect ourselves, and that we need a small amount of tea, as well as a little help from the federal government to travel out there and assist us. When you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still need to guard yourself, and hire lawyers to visit after anyone who tries to rip it off, which costs a lot more than filing a patent.
Not forgetting the truth that if a Corporation has somehow violated New Invention Ideas, they might run you out of cash, simply because they have in-house lawyers, until you finally have to stop. That simply adds insult to trouble for the nearly 3 years it took to get your patent, and all the cost you’ve already put up front. The planet needs these inventions and innovations now, not simply for alternative energy, new transportation devices, and much better goods and services which are safer for your environment, but we also need that tznwus businesses could get started, and start hiring Americans, and acquire people returning to work.
The federal government says it’s working on the problem, and possibly it thinks it really is, however, when I look back and scan the very last decade, all I see are all the problems that they’ve created with a tremendous bureaucracy which has gotten us for this point, instead of put us in the driver’s seat, to start with. I would personally submit to you that everything many of these gentlemen are going to do to repair the problem, isn’t working, and that we might have been happier without the of it, we should have saved the amount of money. Please consider this and think on it.
